Role description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support & Account Specialist to join our growing key account management team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our team and ensuring the smooth management of customer accounts. Your primary focus will be on guaranteeing best-in-class customer satisfaction, coordinating project & operations activities, and facilitating the flow of information between clients and internal teams.
